It is long enough to create small animals with 1 pc of Moru and the furry feature makes it much more adorable and lovable.

Yes, Moru Wire is reusable. While it can withstand bending and shaping for multiple projects, excessive bending or pulling may cause the wire core to weaken over time. However, in most cases, Moru Wire can be reshaped and reused for various craft and DIY projects.

Yes. Our Moru Wire is 1m long (about 39.5 inch) and it can be easily cut to the desired length using scissors or wire cutters. However, when cut be aware the fur fiber and wire edge needs to re-finish. Put the craft glue on the wire and wrap the fur fiber around it. Fold the wire edge and twist it to make it safe finish.

While Moru Wire is generally water-resistant, it is not recommended to submerge it in water or expose it to excessive moisture, as this may cause the furry fibers to lose their texture or the wire core to rust over time. Light spot cleaning with a damp cloth is typically sufficient for maintaining Moru Wire.

Absolutely! Moru Wire is safe and easy for children to use under adult supervision. Its soft texture and flexibility make it perfect for kids' crafts, allowing them to explore their creativity while having fun. Our recommended ages is 13 years or older but the kids under adults supervision can use it for their craft activities with cautions.

Yes, it's important to handle Moru Wire with care, especially when cutting or shaping it. Additionally, keep Moru Wire away from heat sources or open flames, as the furry fibers may be flammable.

Our Moru Wires have safety finishing on the edge to keep the wire part from being exposed. However, during the manufacturing process, there is a possibility that the metal wire ends of the pipe cleaners may be exposed. Inspect the moru wire first with cautions and handle these ends with care to prevent any accidental injuries. You can press down the sharp edge using pliers.

The soft fur on the pipe cleaners may become untangled from the wire. If you notice any separation, do not pull forcefully as it may cause damage. Instead, exercise caution and gently reattach the fur to the wire using the craft glue.

When you use craft glue, apply a small amount then carefully and allow the glue to dry completely before continuing with your project. When you attach eyes, noses and some other accessories using glues, place it first to make sure the right position and then attach it using the glue. Once it is attached, it is hard to remove it.

If children are engaging in crafting activities with these pipe cleaners, adult supervision is advised. Ensure that they are aware of the cautionary measures and provide assistance when necessary. Inspect the Moru Wire to check if any sharp edge is exposed before the activity with the kids. Also, glueing part is highly recommended to be done by adults.

Keep the small accessory parts (eyes, nose, beads parts, etc), Moru Wire and any finished crafts or projects out of reach of small children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion.

We strive to represent the colors accurately in our product images, but we cannot guarantee exact color matching. Returns or exchanges based solely on color differences will not be accepted as defects. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

For some of small parts of accessories (specified in each products), colors would be randomly picked and shipped to the customer. If you want any specific colors, please write your request when you check out. For examples, there are wide ranges of color options for ball chains, but we will randomly pick the colors and include in the kits. If you want any specific colors, you can make it specific in te comments during the check out process.

No. Currently, we are shipping only within USA. Once we expand our shipping territories, we will notify all our customers in our mailing list.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Big bulk orders might take longer time. We will notify customers of any shipping issues separately when they arise.
